ABSTRACT:
A horizontal size adjustment circuit and method and for use with a monitor that includes a microcomputer for receiving a horizontal size adjustment signal, a horizontal synchronizing signal and a feedback signal from a horizontal output circuit, and for producing a digital pulse width modulated signal at its output terminal; a current amplifier for amplifying the amplitude of the digital pulse width modulated signal output from the microcomputer so as to drive a switching transformer and a horizontal output circuit for generating a variably controlled horizontal size signal.
