ABSTRACT:
Disclosed herein is a latch circuit including a switching circuit for switching output
on-output of an externally inputted external signal based on a predetermined control signal, a state retaining circuit for inputting a signal outputted from the switching circuit as an input signal, and retaining the state of the logical level of an output signal that is outputted based on the input signal, and a clear circuit for changing the logical level of the input signal to a clear level based on a clear signal.
