ABSTRACT:
A welding bellows capable of absorbing torsion is equipped with a bellows core made from thin metal plates wherein the centers of the inner diameter and the outer diameter are made eccentric to each other. The metal plates are combined so as to make it possible to absorb torsion with respect to the center axis.
