ABSTRACT:
An improved low density asbestos-cement product and the process whereby it is produced wherein an asphalt emulsion is combined with the formulation from which the product is made, which asphalt emulsion has an asphalt phase which asphalt has a softening point of at least 150.degree.F and is dispersed in water in globules all smaller than 10 microns.
