ABSTRACT:
A front cross member202of a rear subframe53has a recessed portion221which is recessed continuously over a longitudinal direction thereof. The recessed portion221is formed at a lower portion of the cross member202and is recessed upwardly, and an elastic bush240is fitted in a resulting recess. The elastic bush240has an elastic element243which connects together an inner tube241and an outer tube242which surrounds the inner tube231and is mounted on the rear subframe53at the recessed portion221as a bracket. The bracket221has bracket plate portions263a,263bwhich each have a plane which is brought into contact with an end face of the inner tube and folded-back portions235, 235. The bracket221is disposed in such a manner as to hold therein both ends of the inner tube241and is configured such that the elastic bush240is mounted thereon by passing a bolt224through the inner tube241.
