An impact absorbing plate31is disposed between a front part31zof the impact absorbing plate31and a vehicle body11so that a rupture generating part44ruptured by impact is extended in the front and rear direction of the vehicle, and the impact absorbing plate31is fixed to a front part13aand a rear part13bof the front seat bracket13provided in the vehicle body by rivets33and33.A portion of front part31zof the impact absorbing plate31is cut to form a cutoff part45,and a front end17aof a rail17provided in a seat section is attached to a convex part35,which is molded so as to expand upward an inner side of the cutoff part45,by a rivet34.
