In a body frame for a motorcycle mounted with an engine unit11and provided with a main frame2aby which a front fork4and rear arms7are supported, the main frame2aincludes: a head pipe unit20which extends obliquely downward to a rear of a vehicle from a head pipe3and so as to expand in a vertical direction; a down frame21which is connected to a front part at lower end of the head pipe unit20; and left and right rear arm brackets10which are stretched and connected to a rear end of the down frame21and a rear part at lower end of the head pipe unit20, and the head pipe unit20is an aluminum die-cast molded product, and the down frame21and the left and right rear arm brackets10are aluminum forged molded products.
