ABSTRACT:
A single pole double throw rotary switch includes a non-conductive terminal board. A washer-like wiper element is rotatably secured to the terminal board by a tubular rivet. An outwardly extending portion of the wiper element selectively engages one of a pair of output terminals. When the wiper element occupies a midrange position, the rotary switch is electrically open. A non-conductive actuating member is rotatably mounted on the terminal board for positioning the wiper element.
