ABSTRACT:
In a configuration equipped with an anode current detecting resistor connected between a ground side terminal of secondary coils wound around a flyback transformer and generating a high voltage for an anode of a CRT, it is equipped with declination detecting device which detects declination of a voltage of the ground side terminal, and control device which stops an operation of a horizontal output transistor, after a state is shifted from a power OFF state to a power ON state, when the declination detecting device5does not detect declination of a voltage of the ground side terminal in case that a predetermined period has passed.
