A tampon reminder in the form of an adhesive sticker is disclosed. The user can remover the sticker and apply it to the users body, clothing, or a suitable object where it will serve to remind the user that the tampon is in use. The disclosed invention prevent tampons from being inadvertently left in place for an excessive time.
