ABSTRACT:
A squeezable spread having a fat phase of less than 3 wt. % of a hardstock combined with about 97 to about 99% of liquid vegetable oil is described. The hardstock is a fully hardened low erucic rapeseed oil and the liquid vegetable oil is non-hydrogenated containing no solid fat at temperatures of 45.degree. F. and above.
