ABSTRACT:
The spectroscopy module1is provided with a body portion2for transmitting light L1, L2, a spectroscopic portion3for dispersing light L1made incident from the front plane2aof the body portion2into the body portion2to reflect the light on the front plane2a, a light detecting element4having a light detecting portion41for detecting the light L2dispersed and reflected by the spectroscopic portion3and electrically connected to a wiring9formed on the front plane2aof the body portion2by face-down bonding, and an underfill material12filled in the body portion2side of the light detecting element4to transmit the light L1, L2. The light detecting element4is provided with a light-passing hole42through which the light L1advancing into the spectroscopic portion3passes, and a light incident opening42aof the light-passing hole42is partially covered by a light transmitting plate16.
