ABSTRACT:
A workbook is provided for the organization of projects and for the maintaining of informational data regarding individuals in a readily available form. A plurality of alphabetically-ordered information cards are releasably attached to the workbook and are adapted to record the names and general long-term data regarding the individuals, and a plurality of pockets are adapted to retain identification cards which identify certain of the individuals, such as by serving as a prompt regarding specific occurrences or allowing the recordation of specific data regarding short-term projects. The data may then be summarized and retained on the information cards to provide both short- and long-term records.
