ABSTRACT:
A solar heat collector including a panel having a coating of PbO.sub.2 electrodeposited from a tartrate bath and a second coating of oxygen-deficient PbO.sub.2, such as .alpha.-PbO.sub.2 or .beta.-PbO.sub.2, heat being absorbable thereby and transferable to a liquid or gas for operating heating or cooling system.
