ABSTRACT:
Process for assembling a slider to the fabric of an article of clothing or outfit thereof.
A slider is used as made of thermoplastic material, having a portion defining at least one passage and slide slot for a ribbon and a fabric anchoring portion; the fabric is contacted with the slider anchoring zone, then ultrasonic vibrations are generated to provide partial melting for the thermoplastic material of the corresponding slider portion, at the same time applying a pressure to the fabric for causing the diffusion of the molten thermoplastic material through the fabric loops.
