ABSTRACT:
There is disclosed a showcase provided with a light device capable of simplifying a maintenance operation and improving a cooling efficiency in a display chamber. In a showcase1of the present invention, a display chamber11is formed in an insulating wall2to display commodities on a plurality of steps of shelves32disposed in the display chamber11and cool the commodities, the showcase includes LED lights40which illuminate the inside of the display chamber11from the upside, and light guide plates48provided on lower surfaces of the shelves32,light inlet portions49of the light guide plates48are provided so as to protrude forward from the shelves32,and a light emitting surface52of each light guide plate48faces the shelf32under the shelf32provided with the light guide plate48.
