ABSTRACT:
There is provided a resistor unit115for bypassing an output cell107of an interrupt request signal and an input cell108of an external interrupt factor, and the output cell107of the interrupt request signal is controlled to a high impedance when an internal power source is broken. Thus, an interrupt request signal sent from the external interrupt factor is given to a CPU when the internal power source is broken.
