ABSTRACT:
An improved method and apparatus for reinforcing holes in a curtain is disclosed. A reinforcement member is positioned over the hole and has a cutting element which cuts through the curtain. The cutting element locks the reinforcement member about the hole, reinforcing the hole. This invention is particularly valuable if the hole has been ripped.
