A granular bleach activator composition and a process for producing a granular bleach activator composition having excellent solubility and storability, which comprises using at least one member selected from the group consisting of substances (a), (b), (c) and (d) as a core particle and granulating the core particle and a powdery bleach activator in the presence of a water-soluble organic binder to give granules having a weight-average particle diameter of 100 to 3,000 .mu.m:
