ABSTRACT:
The present invention is an ammonia injection scheme for enhanced NO.sub.x reductions wherein the NO.sub.x containing gas to be treated is upstream of a cyclone separator. The enhanced NO.sub.x reductions is accomplished by injecting the ammonia through the inside wall of the cyclone inlet duct.
