ABSTRACT:
Manufacturing a fatty concentrate by emulsifying vegetable or animal fat heated to a temperature between 20.degree. and 40.degree. C in the medium of a protein or carbohydrate adsorbent. The adsorbent used serves to build up a protective coating on the particles of the fat being emulsified. The fat emulsion with the adsorbent is subjected to drying.
