ABSTRACT:
To provide a construction for preventing an erroneous locking of a double-lock cover for a connector which construction can be securely preventing an erroneous locking and produced at a reduced cost. A double-lock cover 5 is pivotally mounted at one side of a connector receptacle 3A of an electrical connection box in such directions to open and close the receptacle. The double-lock cover 5 is biased by a spring 6 in the direction to open the receptacle 3A while being unused, and is simultaneously locked with a connector 4A fitted into the receptacle 3A and with the receptacle 3A by being pivoted in the direction to close the receptacle 3A against the biasing force of the spring 6 when being used. A stopper plate 8 is detachably mountable between the receptacle 3A and the double-lock cover 5 for preventing the double-lock cover 5 from pivoting in the closing direction. The stopper plate 8 is detached when the double-lock cover 5 is used.
