ABSTRACT:
A biasable member having a fluorinated carbon filled polyimide layer which exhibits controlled electrical conductivity is disclosed, along with embodiments wherein the fluorinated carbon filled polyimide layer is a substrate, embodiments wherein the fluorinated carbon filled polyimide is a substrate having thereon a filled fluoropolymer outer layer, and embodiments wherein the fluorinated carbon filled polyimide layer is a substrate having thereon an intermediate metal layer, and an outer polymer layer.
