ABSTRACT:
A polygon mirror of a laser scanning unit includes reflective surfaces to reflect laser beams, and first to third dielectric layers laminated on the reflective surfaces. The second dielectric layer comprises TiO2, which can reduce a reflectivity deviation of the wavelengths of the laser beams to below 2%.
