An objective of the present invention is to provide a harmful organism control agent that possesses excellent control effect against harmful organisms and can be safely used. The present invention provides a compound of formula (1) or a salt thereof. The present invention also provides a harmful organism control agent comprising the compound of formula (1).wherein R1, n, R2, and R3are as defined in the specification.
