ABSTRACT:
A sheet metal wood-to-concrete structural holdown connector for joining a wood horizontal or upstanding frame member to a concrete foundation formed from a single piece of sheetmetal. The holdown includes a seat member formed with a bolt opening, side members and back members formed with one or more openings. At least two of the back openings are in registration for receipt of a bolt therethrough. A metal washer is attached to the seat member and is formed with an opening in registration with the seat opening.
