A channel provided with an inlet opening at the top of the base in fluid flow communication with each of the openings, the inlet opening being arranged proximate to a candle receiving cup for receiving a candle. The candle is so arranged and so constructed that the burning candle causes molten wax to flow into the inlet opening of the channel to flow through and harden about the openings by being guided to those openings by the channel formations within the base, resulting in the build up of wax within the channels.
