ABSTRACT:
The present invention discloses a method for transmitting and receiving data between entities in a home network remote management system for remotely managing a home network composed of at least one entity which creates the message for transport of data with TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) packet, and transmits and receives the message between the entities, in which the message includes a message type field indicating a type of the message, a frame number field distinguishing multiple packets by allocating unique numbers, a message body length field indicating a length of a message body, an operation type field indicating a type of an operation which will be performed between the entities, a frame header extension field indicating existence of a succeeding packet, an information element field indicating an information element which will be processed, and a message body extension field indicating the end of the information element.
