ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to a method for storing register properties of a hardware device having heterogeneous memory in a datastructure. This hardware device is built according to a structure of modules and dependent sub-modules wherein the register properties correspond to register properties of the modules and sub-modules. This method comprises the step of storing the register properties in a data-structure according to the structure of the hardware device and the register properties are arranged in an array for each module or dependent sub-module.
