The operation code decoder204having received an access enable signal EN acquires and decodes the command, and sends the decoded command to the read/write controller206. In the event that the received command is a write command, the read/write controller206acquires access control information from the fourth address following the head address of the memory array201. In the event that the acquired access control information indicates that write operations are prohibited, the read/write controller206does not send the write command received from the operation code decoder204to the I/O controller205.
