The present invention is a low noise blockdown converter (LNB) capable of ensuring sharing of specific information between or among a plurality of microcomputers. In the event that receiver15is connected to I/O port14cassigned to slave microcomputer13,slave microcomputer13may receive inquiry or inquiries from receiver15for information specific to LNB11.Upon receiving such inquiry or inquiries, slave microcomputer13may, by way of bus16,request that master microcomputer12provide specific information. Upon receiving such request or requests, master microcomputer12may, by way of bus16,provide slave microcomputer13with specific information stored in advance at master microcomputer12.Slave microcomputer13may send this specific information from I/O port14cto receiver15.
