Liquid packs34provided with liquid leading members42are stored in a container case31that is constituted by fitting a case main body portion32and a lid case33in fitting portions27and28, support portions13, which positions the liquid leading members42so as to be opposed to liquid introducing members71attached to a cartridge inserting portion13, are provided on a front surface32aof the container case31, the fitting portions27and28are arranged in a state in which the fitting portions27and28traverses the support portions43, and space portions29and30having a gap larger than a gap formed in the fitting portions27and28are formed near the support portions43in the fitting portions27and28. In this way, liquid flowing through the fitting portions27and28due to the capillarity is retained by the space portions29and30and never flows to the fitting portions27and28further extending from the space portions29and30.
