ABSTRACT:
A user100makes an inquiry through a billing institution103to a gene analyzing institution104retaining gene analysis information, and the billing institution103transfers the gene analysis information received from the gene analyzing institution104to the user100using a routing address that was dynamically set. The gene analysis information is encrypted at the gene analyzing institution104in such a way that decryption at the billing institution103is infeasible. Since the gene analyzing institution104cannot identify the user100, and the billing institution103cannot know the content of the gene analysis information, privacy of the user100can thus be protected.
