ABSTRACT:
An image recording material is disclosed, comprising a radiant ray-absorbing material, a compound having at least two enol ether groups represented by formula (I) and an alkali-soluble resin: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 maybe the same or different, each represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or an aryl group, or any two of them may form a saturated or unsaturated olefinic ring by combining with each other; and a method for preparing the above image recording material is disclosed.
