ABSTRACT:
A halo-salycylanilide of the following formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 represents hydrogen or acyl group, R.sub.2 represents alkyl group, and both X.sub.1 and X.sub.2 represent halogen, has high antifungal and bactericidal activity.
