ABSTRACT:
The present invention is directed to sialytransferases, such as SiaA sialytransferases isolated fromHaemophilus influenzae. Further provided herein are methods for producing sialylated lipooligosaccharides, vaccines, and host cells and systems for the production of sialylated lipooligosaccharides.
