ABSTRACT:
A driver circuit for switching an output voltage (Vout) at an output terminal3by using diode bridges1and2includes a first current mirror circuit10for letting flow a first balance current I2eand letting flow a first transition current I2fobtained by adding a first stationary current to a product of the first balance current I2eand a predetermined multiplier when switching from the low level to the high level, and a second current mirror circuit20for letting flow a second transition current I2hobtained by adding a second stationary current to a product of the second balance current I2gand a predetermined multiplier when switching from the high level to the low level. As a result, the power dissipation in the stationary state is reduced without lowering the slew rate at the time when switching the output voltage.
