ABSTRACT:
A data processing system enables faster exchange of data between data processing units having a CPU, and simplifies the writing of a data exchange program for the data processing units. A data processing apparatus3has a communication unit4with a first storage unit31and a second storage unit32.The first storage unit31is used for sending data from the first data processing unit1to the second data processing unit2.The second storage unit32is used for sending data from the second data processing unit2to the first data processing unit1.Data can therefore be asynchronously exchanged between the data processing units without coordinating control of CPU operations in the data processing units, and control of data communication between the data processing units is simplified.
