ABSTRACT:
This invention aims to make it possible to realize data communication having excellent communication throughput and good quality even if the communication state fluctuates. According to the present invention, by sequentially adjusting the transmission speed of data that is to be sent to the portable radio terminal22on the basis of momentary real transmission speed in the communication channel6that has been fed back from the portable radio terminal22, and hereby controlling the data communication speed between itself and the portable radio terminal22, it is able to execute data transmission processing that is corresponding to changes of transmission speed in the communication channel6, in this way, it is able to realize data communication having excellent communication throughput and good quality even if the communication state fluctuates.
