A polymer resin comprising a blend of polypropylene, a copolymer of a vinylaromatic monomer and .alpha.-methylstyrene prepared by anionic polymerization at a temperature above 61.degree. C. and a monovinylidene aromatic polymer grafted .alpha.-olefin copolymer compatibilizing agent.
