ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to an article with a surface having an contact angle with water of at least 150.degree. or more in which the contact angle with water on the surface is lowered to less than 150.degree. by photo-irradiation to the surface. According to the present invention, it is possible to control the super-water-repellency of an article with a super-water-repellent surface by photo-irradiation.
