In an air conditioner (1) constructed to pass an air introduced into an air conditioning unit (4) through an evaporator (33) and a heater core (34) both arranged in the unit (4), cooler pipes (90) for the evaporator (33) and heater pipes (91) for the heater core (34) are arranged to extend from the same side wall of the air conditioning unit (4).
