ABSTRACT:
An actuator1according to the present invention includes: a first movable section5; a second movable section6supporting the first movable section5; and a stationary section13supporting the second movable section6. The second movable section6includes: a first conductive portion6afor applying a first voltage to the first movable section5; a second conductive portion6bto which a second voltage is applied; and backlining15for stabilizing the first conductive portion6aand the second conductive portion6bto each other in an electrically insulated state. The backlining15stabilizes the first conductive portion6aand the second conductive portion6bfrom a face of the actuator1opposite from the face on which the mirror section34is provided.
