ABSTRACT:
The invention relates to 4-amino-5,6-substituted thiopheno [2,3-d] pyrimidines, pharmaceutical compositions containing the same and their use to treat or prevent diseases and conditions mediated by the phosphodiesterase enzyme 7B(PDE7B). Diseases and conditions mediated by PDE7Binclude osteoporosis, osteopenia and asthma.
