ABSTRACT:
An information medium having recorded thereon digital signals includes at least a first recording surface and a second recording surface. The digital signals are in the form of a data frame which includes at least a lead-in block and n data blocks (n is a natural number), with m data blocks of the n data blocks (m is a natural number, 0<n<n) being recorded on the first recording surface, and remaining (n-m) ones of the n data blocks being recorded on remaining ones of the recording surfaces. The lead-in block includes information medium information which indicates a the number of the recording surfaces, an end data block address of the first recording surface, and an end data block address of the data frame.
