I tend to agree with the views of the prior reviewer. I inspected the documentation for this person's invention and frankly I couldn't see any use for it at all. I then attempted to investigate his credentials and could find no such PhD. being awarded to this person from any accredited college or university. I can only conclude that he is a fraud. I too advise extreme caution in dealing with this person / organization.

Mr. Robert Williams
This person is a complete fraud. He claims to be a PhD. If you read anything he writes it is instantly obvious that he is illiterate and uneducated. His spelling, grammar, sentence structure, and diction are of no higher level than junior high school. And I think I'm being generous. I would not trust this person's claim of being an engineer. If you engage this individual in conversation it is clear that he is mentally ill. I say this not to slander Mr. Sills but to warn anyone who would consider doing business with him that they are at high risk.
