ABSTRACT:
Pyridine derivatives having the formula I ##STR1## and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts (where n is 0 or 1; R.sub.1 is hydrogen or lower alkyl and R.sub.2 is an aromatic group) exhibit anti-secretory activity and may be used as anti-secretory agents and/or as anti-ulcer agents.
