ABSTRACT:
The invention teaches an aqueous stripping composition that is essentially free of any hydroxylamine compounds. The composition consists essentially of an aqueous mixture of monoethanolamine and preferably includes an inhibitor. The composition is particularly useful for cleaning substrates containing organic residues.
