ABSTRACT:
A heat-resistant semi-inorganic compound useful as a material for various at-resistant materials is produced by reacting an organoborosiloxane compound with at least one of aliphatic polyhydric alcohols, aromatic alcohols, phenols and aromatic carboxylic acids at 250.degree. to 450.degree. C. in an inert atmosphere.
