ABSTRACT:
Light sources illuminate eyes in a predetermined cycle using the pulse of light. Video cameras are directed to the eyes, and a video signal of the pupil is output. This video signal is output to a digital computer via video control units, a multiplexer, and an analog-to-digital converter. The digital computer detects the size of the pupil by processing an input video signal.
